Adam was confined to one room for 5 weeks!

Sorry the pics are out of order. When I turned on the news when the girls left for school there were warnings for tornados. I was glued to the tv until they passed. Adam and I were just watching the rain come down. I glanced out one time and noticed it was getting really close to our neighbors house. About 5 min later I went into the garage and there was already about 3 inches in there. I started to panic and called Anthony. I just watched in horror as it came in from the garage into the utility room. Luckily it was almost Adam's nap time so I put him down and began to pick everything in the house up off the floor. The playroom was next to get water...the carpet was so gross...Next, it started going in the living room and going towards the girls room and dining room. Adam and I were stuck in the house until about 6 pm. It was a LONG day b/c I could not put Adam down anywhere. We survived though. Having been through this before I knew what to come was worse. We had the loud fans and dehumidifiers going for about 5 days. We had no carpet in the playroom for a month. We had pieces of the wood floor missing for almost 5 weeks. Fun times. The good thing that came out of this is that Anthony has finally decided it is time to move and we bought a lot in Bellaire!!!
